JFSA prepared utility design for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic (fire) water line, gas/electric coordination, TCI coordination, and U.S. West coordination. The drainage design included floodplain analysis, detailed study, and construction documents for the facility. JFSA also prepared plans for removal and abandonment and construction phasing of infrastructure to serve the project. The relocated sanitary sewer interceptors were 72" and 36" in diameter. These interceptors were designed and constructed without interruption of service. The two box culverts outfalling on the South Platte River were 10'x3'. Scope included management, specifications, bidding assistance, coordination, design, and construction administration.
