J.F. Sato and Associates developed site improvements for the Pepsi Center Arena project, a 50-acre major sports complex. The project involved 2,400 linear feet of street design for major collector Wewatta Street, arterial street intersections on Speer Boulevard and Auraria Parkway, and other collector streets up to seven lanes wide. JFSA provided civil engineering services including design of all utility plans, drainage, and grading. Erosion control plans and roadway design were also provided. A 4-foot by 16-foot box culvert was designed to control and relieve drainage on the site.
