The Water Resources Department
provides a wide range of services to clients that desire to
better manage their water resources. James Sato, the founder
of JFSA, has a strong water resource background. Thus, water
resources has been a focus of the company. Our Water Resource
Manager, Steve Lowry, has over 30 years of experience designing
and constructing projects. He has worked throughout the western
US and in several foreign countries. The Department has well
qualified engineers and also calls on our in-house environmental,
GIS, civil, survey and construction management teams to offer
a complete package to our clients. Where needed, specialized
services are provided by sub-consultants with whom we have
long standing relationships. This department has won several
awards from local and national clients as well as from professional
societies.
