The Prairie Gateway Infrastructure project is a 530-acre development in the City of Commerce City that will include a 18,000-seat stadium for the Rapids professional soccer team, a new Civic Center, a new Justice Center, 170 acres of retail space, 190 acres of conservation area, and about 24 soccer fields. There is no residential development since this area used to be part of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The project is located in the NE corner of 56th and Quebec Street. Overlot grading is currently underway.

JFSA is a subconsultant to the Matrix Design Group. Our responsibility was to design 11,500 feet of roadways, 20,000 feet of water lines up to 16-inch, 30,000 feet of sanitary lines up to 30 feet deep, and 15,000 feet of storm lines up to 90-inch onsite. We to provided limited construction administration services. Our contract value is approximately $350,000.
